Challenge

The client wanted to improve data transformation and data visualisation processes to provide their customers higher quality data. They also wanted Lattium to help them with their dashboards to improve ease of use for their end consumers.

They also wanted a more intuitive and engaging dashboard experience for end-users to quickly interpret and act on CSR-related performance data.

Solution

Lattium implemented data transformation processes involving data Integration, aggregation and normalisation. The transformed data was uploaded to the client's on-premise cloud based data warehouse. We also developed Tableau based dashboards to improve data visualisation for the customers.

To elevate reporting and visualization, our team developed custom Tableau dashboards with interactive charts, intuitive filters, and real-time updates — giving end-users the ability to explore data effortlessly and extract valuable insights.

Results

We built a web based application with dashboard and reports of insightful visualisations, interactives and ready-to-use-charts. The client was able to improve data quality and data visualization and thereby empowering their customers to make data-driven decisions for the usage of their CSR funds.
