Sealand Marine is one of the major companies in the Middle East in maritime business and the project was conceived to optimize the supply chain transaction processes and create a seamless experience for the entire frontline team.

Challenge

Sealand’s objective was to simplify the supply chain transaction processes. The processes related to management of Price list, Quotations, Vendors, Ships etc were to be optimized. These processes were executed using different tools, the reports and data being non-synchronised.

These fragmented systems resulted in data inconsistencies, lack of real-time visibility, and manual dependencies that affected productivity and decision-making. The company needed a unified digital solution to bring efficiency, accuracy, and transparency to their operations.

Solution

Lattium and Sealand worked together to create an optimized set of To-Be processes. A CRM application was built using PHP Laravel with multiple modules to handle User administration, Quotations, Price list, Vendor management etc.

The system was built with an intuitive interface, ensuring easy adoption for users while improving data synchronization and reporting accuracy. This digital transformation enabled Sealand Marine to manage their supply chain processes from a single, centralized platform.
